Passed away peacefully after a short illness in Sunderland Royal Hospital on
12th January 2025 aged 92 years, Meta Kathlyn (née Henderson).
A beloved wife of the late Charles Henry Johnson. A much loved mam of Gary. A dear mother-in-law of Amanda and a loving nana of Alexander. Meta will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place in Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday 4th February 2025 at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations may be left following the service to The Alexandra Centre at Sunderland Royal Hospital, alternatively floral tributes may be sent to the Coop Funeralcare, Sea Road Fulwell where Meta will rest. All welcome afterwards to
