Peacefully in hospital on
25th September 2025,
aged 82 years.
Beloved husband to the late Gladys, much loved stepdad to June. Beloved son of the late Archie and Jenny, special brother of Mary, Billy, Anne and the
late Irene, Marie and Jenny.
Brother in law of Ernie, John,
Joan, John and the late Arthur
and Ethel. An adored uncle to
all his nieces and nephews,
also great nieces and nephews and great friend to many.
Would friends meet at
St Hilda's RC Church on
Friday 24th October 2025 at 11.15am for requiem mass
followed by committal at Sunderland Crematorium at 12.30pm. Family flowers only.
A donation box for St Benedict's Hospice in memory of Phil's late wife Gladys will be available at the church and crematorium.
Phil will repose at
Coop Funeralcare, Sea Road
in Fulwell.
