Peacefully on 26th June,
aged 71 years, Phillip. Dearly beloved husband of Lynn, much loved dad of Phillip and Lynsay, loving father in law of Tracy and Wayne, devoted grandad of Megan, Paige, Kian, Logan and Ben, beloved son of Norma and the late Leslie, also a dear brother, brother in law, uncle, cousin and friend of many.
Would friends please meet for service in Sunderland Crematorium on Friday 18th July at 12.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired,
to a charity of the family's choice.
A donation plate will be provided at the Crematorium.
