Passed away suddenly on 26th June, aged 32 years.
Much loved son and brother to Craig, Debbie and Gemma.
Dearly missed by Tallulah, Jayden, Roxy and Harlo.
Funeral service to take place at 3:00 pm on Friday 28th July at the Kingswood Chapel, Worthing Crematorium, Findon. Family flowers only please.
If you wish, please bring along a single stemmed flower to place on Brett's coffin at the end of the service.
