Passed away peacefully at home on 9th October, surrounded by family.
A much loved Mum to Denise, Dean, Rebecca, Emma & Polly,
and a wonderful Nan, Sister,
Auntie and friend to many.
As per her wishes, a private funeral will be held. Donations in her memory may be made to St Michael's Hospice. Forever in our hearts.
