ALINE PALEY Obituary

Aline Paley9/1/1931 - 6/10/2025With deep sadness, the family regrets to announce the passing of ALINE PALEY, daughter of the late George and Edith Eatherley of Paradise, St George's, and sister of Valerie Eatherley Bull and Edward "Ted" Eatherley. Predeceased by her husband, Charles, and son Richard, Aline leaves behind her sons Michael, Kevin, Christopher and Jonathan, and several grandchildren, all of Australia.Aline grew up in St Georges, and later lived in Daisyfield, Somerset. The Paley family moved from Bermuda to the Perth area, Australia in 1969. Aline was a Librarian for the Bermuda National Library in Hamilton before moving to Australia with her family, where she served as a museum curator in Yanchep, near Perth, and in Tasmania. Aline retained a great love for and knowledge of Bermuda history throughout her life. Aline enjoyed art, particularly painting, travel and reading.

I'm so sorry to hear about Aunt Aline. I remember hearing stories from my Grandma (Valerie Bull) from time to time and always cherished their bond.
