AMY SIMONS Obituary

A funeral service for the late Mrs. Amy H. (Nina) Simons, widow of the late Harry H. Simons, of South Road, Paget Parish, in her 82nd year, will be held at St. Theresa'''s Roman Catholic Cathedral, Hamilton, on Wednesday, January 13th, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service in Holy Calvary Cemetery, Devonshire. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to P.A.L.S. at P. O. Box DV 19, Devonshire DV BX or online to www.pals.bm She is survived by her daughters Jo-Ann Simons, Barbara Correia (Rick), Howard Simons; sister Betty Slater (Frank) (U.S.A.); special friends Mickey and Marcia Adderley, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Eugene DeSilva (Empire Grocery). Bulley-Graham Funeral Home

For you Barbara, Rick & Howard, and all my other Bermuda relatives and friends, I thank each of you for being there for me.

To my dear Nina, my big sister, best friend and coinfidant. I shall always miss you and our weekly phone chats as we reminisced about the good old days, our changing world, and the sharing of our lives and families. My thoughts and my heart are there in Bermuda with you now and forever. We'll talk again next week, and every week until we meet again.

Loving memories of Ma zipping to Flatts on her bike, getting us to track down the latest biscuits, ordering my hot cross buns, the burger lunches which never ended up as burgers the BBC and wildlife broadcasts and so much more.
