Anne Sousa Obituary

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of ANNE D. SOUSA (ANNIE) on 30th October, 2025 at age 70. She is lovingly remembered by her family, sister Gwyneth Brough (John); brother Gareth Green (Lesley); her nieces Kimberley Hall (Adam) and Claire Green (Phillip) and her nephew Christopher Brough (Melissa) together with her great nieces and nephews Maggie, CJ, Isla, Lily, Connie and Ben. Her goddaughter Lucy Richardson (Mark) and children Ray and Stella and good friend Jane Wheeler. Her love of all animals, especially horses, was always at the forefront. She had been President of the BHPA and Secretary of the DHPC. She also was a riding member of the Hunt Club in the 1990's, riding James, her beloved horse. Her career in insurance at AON (Bermuda) Ltd. spanned 35 years and on her retirement was a SVP Healthcare and Casualty broker. She will be missed by many friends and colleagues. A celebration of her life will be arranged for a later date.
