Junior,Al and Armell along with the entire Thomas family you have my sincerest condolences on the loss of your father, brother and loved one. Ashton was an extremely talented and caring man who loved you all greatly. He was also a sincere person who gave of his self to his friends and all who knew him. He was a friend and mentor to myself. When I decided to try my hand in the game of softball having loved The game from being a fan and our club deciding to enter a men's team in the league it was a no brainer to join the guys such as Ashton,Chico,Lionel,Gino and Noel to name a few along with several of us from the football team we formed the Blue Sox. There came a time we had to many players and he pulled me aside and convinced me to become a coach. That turned out to be a great idea for under his tutelage he turned me into a fair one. Along with him I not only became his assistant but went on to become a Bermuda coach and eventually taking over our team at the club upon his retirement. I owe all of my success and the club's achievements to him. To his sons whom he loved, cherished and was so proud of you and your accomplishments be assured he will be watching over you from high. Cherish your favorite memories of him and be assured his memory will live on with all of us who had the privilege to know him. SIP my friend we will all remember the great Amigos.
