Dear Stuart, Beryl's funeral was so lovely and the eulogies were heartwarming. Beryl was a very delightful, special lady, and Peter and I will surely miss having her as our neighbour, as you will miss her by your side after more than 50 years as soulmates. You're in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time.

Dean and I are so very saddened to hear of the passing of Beryl. Even though you were both only in our lives for a short time we were always very happy in your company. Beryl was one of the nicest, most caring and fun loving ladies we have ever met. A wonderful person who will be sadly missed by many people. You have been an amazing Husband to her and we are thinking about you today and sending our prayers and sincere condolences. Stuart:
48 years ago I came to Bermuda, very much a greenhorn to the architectural business. You were one of the first people to make me feel comfortable and at ease at Cooper and Gardner. During any social event through the firm I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Beryl and she was a lively, gracious woman and as a couple I looked up with envy at your relationship together. Over time we have lost touch but in discovering your loss it brought back a lot of very wonderful memories. She made a difference in my life over the short time I was in contact with you and I am sure she will be deeply missed. Deepest sympathies to you and your family.
