Dear Tanya, Calshae, Glenda, Nikki and the entire family,
You have my sympathies as you grieve the passing of your mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Losing Ms Betty is a huge loss, and my heart goes out to you all.
I remember her frankness, but also the giggles and mischievousness as she hosted a plotting and planning session at her house for Nikki's surprise baby shower. And as someone who loves good food, I appreciated Aunt Betty's insistence on generous portions at the table, and that we all left her house stuffed, well-fed and with to-go parcels. She was strong with a no-holds barred and family-centric nature that will always be remembered.
May you and Saori find comfort in the cherished memories you all share.
