Sincere condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Smith. I had the pleasure of getting to know him while he was at Customs. He was always friendly, kind, funny and genuine. I had the pleasure of bumping into him at one of the grocery stores a few weeks ago. It was really nice to share memories of the civil service and our former colleagues. He will definitely be missed by all who knew him.
