I was very sorry to hear of Charles's passing. I met him in 1966 when I first joined OBM and he was most friendly and really helpful in assisting me to settle in. He was one of the kindest people one could hope to meet. He will be sadly missed.

Dear Equilla, Ian and family,
Nancy and I were sorry to learn of Charlie's passing.
I worked with Charlie at Onions, Bouchard & McCulloch in the late 70s and early 80s, starting as a summer intern and then returning after university. Much of what I know was learned from Charlie. He taught me how to properly field measure and put together a set of construction drawings.
I remember getting in his white station wagon to go to meet a client or contractor, whether it was in Tucker's Town or Point Shares. Charlie was always kind and patient.
