To Cheryl´s children Nadia, Nasir, Nadir and her brother Robert, you have my sincere condolences on the passing of your mother and sister. Cheryl was a good friend of mine. We attended PSSG together and was colleagues at BNTB. Cheryl was a kind, pleasant and helpful person but didn´t take any nonsense from anyone. She was my kind of person that´s why we got along well together (smile) I´m going to miss my friend Cheryl(Ming)Wade. To her children may the peace of God bring Comfort as you go through this difficult journey without her. Hold on to the many memories you had with your dear mother. Cheryl & I worked together @ Southampton Princess BNTB when I covered as the manager there. I had known her for several years & she was a good friend, a dedicated, & very knowledgeable hard worker & an amazing mother for whom I always had the greatest admiration. I had not seen her for several years as I moved to the U.K. 35 years ago, by I will always remember her - she was a shining star

I got to meet Nadir and Nasir Wade when I was a behaviourist based at West End Primary.Pat Chapman would flash those FLASH CARDS vigourously. Nadir and Nasir....TOPS!!! I have known the late Ms Wade for nearly 40 years. Cheryl was always instructive, warm, caring, supportive to me and my journey. I always enjoyed working with her. An example of a strong woman shaped by Bermuda, proud of her African and Bermudian Heritage. Always willing to share a lesson of life and the world. One of her legacies is the exceptional children she gave our community. Condolences to all her family especially Nadir, Nasir and Nadia. My condolences to her Butterfield Bank family as well.

To Cheryl´ children, grandchildren and the Ming & Wade families. I´m sad to hear of Cheryl´s passing. Not only were we neighbors but colleagues at BNTB. Cheryl was kind, and willingly shared her knowledge about banking with those who worked in her charge. It was easy to work with Cheryl. Her dedication was something to admire.
