It was for me to see. While travelling across the Puget Sound on the Washington State Ferry last night, I saw Connie's obituary and said,
"I know her!"

Rogers, Jenny, Ruth, Gayle and families, please accept my condolences on the loss of your beloved one.
My late mother, Ismay A. Swan, arranged for me to attend a hair dressing course taught by Ephraim (Sis) Simmons at her residential professional salon on Heathcote Hill. Four of us took the course. Late Lucille Lapsley, Alice Burch, Connie and I.
A gift that keeps on giving. Thank you Sis!
Upon completion, Sis had us all for dinner upstairs at home with her family.
Dr. Kent Simmons was four years old.
Per phone with Sis today, Connie was her best friend.
We shared passions of excellent crocheting, gardening, hair dressing etc.
God grant you rest in peace.
