Bulley-Graham-Rawlins Funeral Home. A Service celebrating the life of Cornelius Outerbridge (Neil) "C.O." Cooper, in his 93rd year, beloved husband of the late Liesbeth Cooper (nee Leyds), will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Bailey's Bay on Friday, August 29th, 2025, at 10.00 a.m. Neil was the loving father to Sacha and Andrew (Jane). He is also survived by his grandchildren Chiara Damiano Antoni (Tawfiq), Kate Cooper and Peter Cooper; great-grandchildren Miral and Leo Antoni. In lieu of flowers, donations in Neil's memory may be made to the Bermuda Heart Foundation at bermudaheartfoundation.com. Some people make an impression in life and Mr. cooper was one of them. I did not know Mr. Cooper on a personal level, but whenever he happened by he showed a gentlemanly happy demeanor. Greeting you in passing with a smile. Sincere condolences Cooper family.

Mr C.O. Cooper a Royal Salute you have lived a amazing life. It was a joy to work with you back in L.P.Gutteridge days 1989. What a joy it was to be surrounded by your good cheer! Not forgetting the 10am & 3pm tea time at the office when the tea trolley came around with finger slices of pound cake. Thank you for all the great stories and having such positive vibes especially in an office surrounded by so many ladies that got along so well. To the family C.O. was a blessing what a lovely person he was. I'm so glad for getting to know him while he was living his best life. My condolences to his entire family! He will be missed!
