To the Butterfield family, May the Lord comfort you at this difficult time and bring you as a family even closer together. She sounded like a very robust and accomplished woman who treasured her family and the people of Bermuda. May this attitude live on in each of you. Know that death no longer holds the same sting since Christ conquered death and the grave. God Bless You All.

My condolences to all the family. I have fond memories of your mother during her time, and mine, with the Girl Guide Movement. Especially, I look back on the numerous outings we were allowed to share with your mother at your home in Fairy Lands. Your mother always made us feel so special. We were all blessed by her presence.

Is there a Zina Butterfield in your family. I am trying to find her. She is my daughter...Her mother's name is Carolyn. I believe she was born in St. George?

Dear extended Butterfield family,
Ruth and I were so pleased that Deborah seemed to bounce back a bit and enjoy the last 6-9 months of her life after being weaker from a fall or two prior to that.
We'll miss her as much, just as she missed Marjorie, who died a year ago yesterday.
No longer will we get a Friday call asking if we'd like to join her for brunch at the Dingy Club.
May the family become closer and stronger and continue to do so much good in her memory.
Love,
Ruth and Tony.
