A very long time ago my sister and I worked at Paget Pharmacy and Mrs. McBeath was a frequent customer. We both recall her as being very pleasant and we express our condolences to her family and friends.

Campbell and Malcomb, Your Mom and I grew up together as neighbors on South Court Ave., Paget East, and we were born just 3 weeks apart. We remained life long friends, though separated by my moving to the USA as a teenager. So many pleasant memories that I trust will bring you blessings as you recall life with a beautiful lady and Duncan, a great father. We stayed with your folks each time we came back home to BDA and recalled our lives growing up. Wonderful memories and now those memories are entrusted to all of us to bring comfort.

Campbell, Malcolm and families, you are in our thoughts and prayers.
We are honored and blessed to have known your Mother. She was truly a Blessing and Special Friend in my life, and I will miss my Birthday Buddy and proper picnics at the beach. She was always a gracious woman to us.
Our heartfelt condolences

My main memory of Auntie Diane was one of never ending elegance. As a child, when she would visit with Uncle Doch at Christmas, I felt so drawn to the mystery of her. Wafts of perfume preceded by perfectly coiffed hair and flawless dress. Waiting at the bedroom door in wonder for her to emerge. Another place in time. Four Seasons Hotel, Toronto. My Father, Uncle Doch (pacing with impatience), me, waiting for her to dress; late as usual and then the the elevator opens to nothing short of perfectly put together. I was young and impressionable and had never met anyone like her before. She kept up her mystic throughout the years; into my teenage years and beyond. Soft spoken voice and the same mystery. In later years, I found a different version. Still pristine but with the ability to giggle and laugh over shared, private jokes. I know that my personality both amused yet shocked her to a degree but laughter always prevailed. Those conversations will be forever between you and me, Auntie Diane. I will miss you and think about you often. Love to you Always
