Dorothy was a lady who was a friend to everyone who had the privilege of meeting her. She touched each person in a positive way that they will always remember.
God calls His Saints home when His purpose in their life is fulfilled. God's purpose in Dorothy's life has been fulfilled. She has been called to Glory, rest and reward. So rejoice with her and remember, "The Lord is near. So do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours]." Sharon, Frank and Cristen Suess, Norman and Devon Gardner & families, and Tamika Johnson. I´m so saddened to hear of your loss.
Your mother was such a sweetheart, and was so good to everyone who knew her. Sharon even though during our childhood, "Mom" proved to be very strict. I know as you grew into adults and into your careers, she was extremely proud of All of you. As "Mom" would have it NO other way! And look.... You All turned out truly well! Your dear mother was so loved and it shows from her children right through to the grands; in addition to all their friends, not to mention her special crew! May she rest in peace and be free from pain. She will be missed by so many. Most of all I so grateful to her for bringing you here....my childhood friend and friend for life!!
