Roz and Family, We are shocked and saddened by the news of Lawrence passing. Dawn and I offer you our heartfelt condolences on this tragic news. Dawn just finished her cancer battle and but she is doing well. I should be back by the end of the month and I will be in touch then.
God bless all of you and gives you strength to remember all his wonderful times during his live.

It is indeed with a deep sense of loss learning of the passing of 'Mincy' Rawlins. Was a mentor to me on my arrival at Somerset Police station in the mid 70's. To his wife, children and all family family members peace be onto you and may his soul rest in eternal peace.

What a loss...Lawrence along with Stephen Dean took me under their wings as a young cadet in the Police Force in the early 70's...Lawrence taught me how to drive fast but safe...He loved his girls and up until his passing,we remained very close friends...l was saddened to learn my friend had passed....To the entire family...l extend my sincerest condolences...l will surely miss my mate...He was a good and well respected Policeman and father and husband....My CB Radio worked right after Rawlie had his fingers in it...God Bless the entire family...jcs...ex180...
