I am probably Eileen's oldest friend - we went to (what was then) Sandy Grammar school together aged 5. We have kept in touch over the years and managed to meet up every time I have returned to Bermuda. I remember a kind and caring friend and the memories we shared. Ursula Starkie

Family and friends of Eileen Richmond,
We extend our sincerest condolences on the loss of Mrs. Richmond. We remember her fondly and the impact she had on many children that walked the corridors of Somerset Primary.
God bless.

My deepest condolences to the Richmond family. I attended Somerset Primary, and Mrs. Lewis, as we formerly called her, was a lovely teacher. She always brought a smile to my face whenever we saw each other. I will miss her very much.

I am saddened to learn of Eileen“s passing. As her first husband, despite our marriage not working out, I have many happy memories of our travels, shared friends and living in Bermuda. We last met last year for lunch as good friends. She fought various illnesses with great courage. May she rest in peace.
