Dear Eleanor, may you rest in peace. Such a vibrant, classy school mate, we teased and called you pert. You were the one who believed in me when many others didn't. We seldom saw each other over the last few years, with me living abroad but no matter how many years since the last meeting, you were always the same... perky and positive with that bright, bright smile.

I worked with Eleanor 50 years ago at Rego Limited - she was such a bubbly person, with a infectious laugh - always so positive. I always remember her having such a great relationship with her grandfather and taking care of him in his latter years. I was saddened to hear of her passing. Over the years we have bumped into each other and had a chat. Our condolences to all the family on the loss of such a beautiful lady.

It is not easy to say goodbye to a love one especially one that was as vibrant as Eleanor. Eleanor had a way of brightening my day whenever our paths would cross. Eleanor was one of the most classy ladies I had the privilege to work with and befriend. Always a positive person, even when she was having a stressful day.
She always spoke so lovingly of her grand-father, who clearly had a huge influence on her life. Her infectious smile shows though even in the obituary photo. She was an angel on earth who has been promoted.

To the entire Villalonga/Simmons families
We were deeply saddened and shocked to learn of Eleanor's passing. We have such great memories of the good times we spent together growing up on Ord Road, memories that we will never forget. She was a very classy and graceful lady. Her persona and decorum were exceptional. She was the epitome of elegance. We remember the early morning walks from the Hamilton bus stop to the Berkeley Institute. She being the eldest, one always felt safe with her. We miss her at Smith's where she always greeted you with a smile. Very courteous.
Our prayers and thoughts are with you. She has earned her wings and is now modeling in a bright white gown on the runway in Paradise. May she rest safely in the arms of Jesus.
