ERIC DYER Obituary

It is with great sadness that the Family of Eric A. Dyer, announces his passing. At 79 yrs. old, Eric succumbed to Cancer on May 29, 2010, at home, in LaVernia, TX, with his beloved wife Betty by his side. He will be greatly missed by his wife Elizabeth (Hurley) Dyer; children, Anne Hollis, Deric Dyer and wife Christine, Geoffrey Dyer, Susan Brown; grandchildren, Jason Hollis, Stephanie Brown, Sheena Dyer, Erica Littlefield, Christopher Meoli, Tiffany Meoli, Tara Meoli; great grandchildren, Tristan Dyer, Claire Doucette, Blake Teel; adopted strays, #1 stray, Cebbie Dauchi - a.k.a. Debbie Cauchi and #2 stray, Josephine (Lamacraft) Craig. Eric played trumpet with the Joe Wiley Orchestra at Hamilton Princess Hotel for many years. He also taught music to many of Sister Joseph Anthony'''s students at Mount St. Agnes. He continued entertaining (as a team with Betty), right to the bitter end. He will be remembered and missed by many people in Bermuda, too many to mention. At Eric'''s request, there will be no funeral.
