Dear Mrs. Marshall, Ernest, Sabine, Alan and Vera. We are so shocked and sad to hear of Mr. Marshall's passing. He was the most kind hearted man we have ever known and he will never be forgotten. We will always remember our Family gatherings and all the fun we've had together over the years. Your family has always been an inspiration to ours and we thank you for sharing Mr. Marshall with us. Hello Sra Donna and family
It is with a heavy heart that I express my condolences to you and your family on the loss of Sr Ernesto. It is so hard to believe he is gone and that I will no longer see him working in the yard as I drive by or at the cemetary where he will now rest and it's sad to think that the two of you will no longer walk past my house together again. Our families go back many years through our get-togethers at my Tio Antonino's house and I know these are some of the memories that will sustain us as we continue our journey of life without him. Sra Donna, there hasn't been a day when I haven't thought of you and the loss you must be feeling and I am praying that you feel God's loving arms embrace you with his strength and love as you endure the coming days and weeks ahead.
Sr Ernesto may you rest in eternal peace until you wake up in glory in the house of the Lord.

It was such a sad moment when I was told of Mr. Marshall my neighbor passing, He was such a gentleman and one of the best family man I know of. He was just the other day sitting here at my home talking and laughing and had so much love for everyone I admired how he always looked out for my brother so kind hearted and one of the best gardeners I know, look at his yard it will tell you, and he loved it when I would tell him how nice his yard looks. SO to his wife, sons and family you all have my deepest sympathy and continue the Sunday family gathering because he was always expressing how much he enjoyed time with his family every Sunday(I will miss seeing him and his wife going for there walks together. Here thinking of you all during this difficult time May peace be with you all.

It saddens me to see you go so sudden. You were the grounds keeper at St. Mary's church for as long as I remember. I still remember the days coming down to see you and help you cut the grass and clean up. I miss those days so much. You'll be missed so very dearly. Mrs Marshall. I'm so sorry for your lost. I wish I was back in Bermuda to be there to comfort you and your family. Please know that my thoughts are with you thru this difficult time. I just hope one day I'll be able to help Ernest cut the grass once again.

Mrs Marshall, Ernest, Alan, there are not to many things that come to me as a shock in life, but when i read online this morning of the passing of Ernest Sr. I had to sit back down and really ask myself am I reading this right, but it only took a minute to reflect upon the good life Ernest lived and the love and respect he had for you his family.
Ernest was a inspiration to all he knew and came in contact with,his legacy lives on with you all and he did a fine job in raising his son's to be honorable men and productive in Bermuda as sons of our soil. I am thankful to have known Ernest and work with him for so many years, and in closing heaven just got a lot more beautiful with Ernest walking through the gates.
