My sincere condolences to Shing's Family and Friends. Shing was an Awesome Guy, our friendship went back to the mid-70's, when we all used to hang-out at The Shed 76, at the bottom of Brighton Hill, in Devonshire. Over the years the years, it was always a pleasure to see Shing, to catch up on what was going on since we last had a chat and share a laugh or two. Lots of fond memories, since those early years, Shing will surely be missed, I'm certain, by all his Shed 76 friends. May he rest in peace.

Gene, you were the ever-encompassing gentleman. I will always cherish our time working together at Paraquet Restaurant. At the end of the night shift you always made sure I had my silverware - polished. Dropping off potatoes to my home just to check in - and with your effervescent, "Buenos Dias y Muy Bonita Senora."
