To the family of Jose Herbert, you have my sincerest condolences. Those who knew Jose knew he knew a little about almost everything and was fully conversant. I enjoyed our chats at the Paraqeet restaurant and hosted some lively open debates. He will be a miss, I pray for those who mourn and may Jose Rest In Peace.
