To Sis. Phyllis, Sylvia, Bro. Charles (Juneia) and the entire Jeffers family. My sincere prayer and condolences go out for you all today. The Word of God declares "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints."
Bro. Francis was not only a saint of God and a gentleman, but a strong athlete.
I remember when Bro. Francis, my brother-in-law (Pastor Ronnie) and myself ran every morning for about 5 miles under the leadership of Bro. Francis. You talk about endurance and strength which Bro. Francis displayed, and of course the mercy and compassion shown to me and Pastor Ronnie until we were both able to keep up with Bro. Francis. Those were some wonderful days. I believe that the first thing he will do when he enters the New Jerusalem, will be to run a marathon. Again, may God bless you Sis. Phyllis and entire family in your time of bereavement. You demonstrated unconditional support for Bro. Francis.

My sincere condolences to the Jeffers Family. I recall Francis well, when we were both much younger and worked at Bermuda Motors. He was always a happy and helpful person, and would always quick to share a pleasantry or a joke. We will all miss him dearly.

Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to Phyllis and other family members. Francis would brighten a room with that wonderful smile. During a conversation he would share a scriptural reference and was ALWAYS positive. He was just a great guy! We are very grateful that Francis would take time to call our sick and shut-in seniors, as he did for others, every Tuesday to offer words of encouragement and a prayer. He will be missed by many.
