Army Veteran Age 88, Of St. Paul Preceded in death by his wife, Lucille. Survived by his children, Kathy (Gordy) Town, Bob (Sue) Premo, Sue (Bryon) Plucker. Grandsons, Michael (Jessica), Seth and Evan. Great grand-daughter, Emma. Family and Friend gathering, Monday, July 21, 2014 from 4-8PM at the Johnson-Peterson Funeral Home, 612 S. Smith Ave., St. Paul. All are welcomed to the interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Monday the 21st at noon, at assembly area #5. 651-222-3220

I worked with Frank at the city of West St Paul where he was my plumbing inspector. He taught me many things about life which I will always appreciate. I played horseshoes with him, but all he could throw was ringers! I loved what he did with his cars and even his pedal cars. Frank God's got the best plumber on the job when he hired you.

I have known Frank since the 1980's when I bought my 57 Chevy and also worked with him at the City of West St. Paul. I will always remember and treasure all the happy times I've had sitting with him and my sister Pudgy at car shows, going on cruises, and hanging out at Wards parking lot and Porky's Drive Inn. He was a good friend and fun person to be with who made me laugh and I always had a good time when I was with him. If there are car shows in heaven I know I will see you and Pudgy there. Frank, you were the BEST. Thanks for the memories! See you in my dreams. ps - say hi to Lu for me. I miss her too.

I've known Franky for 35 years. We have participated in countless car shows, parades, benefits, and car cruises. I enjoyed his company every time. There won't be another guy like Franky in my lifetime. I am lucky to have been friends with him. Franky and folks his age truly are The Greatest Generation. I will never forget you Franky.
