Nick was a great landlord! He wanted everything to be in tip top condition at all times. Thanks to he and Sheila I had one of the best experiences of my life living on Hinson's. It's sad when people leave us but Nick really missed life in his house on Hinson's so I really feel he is happier now.

Terry and family, you have my sincerest sympathy on the loss of your dad. I met him as a child when he worked at Fort George. My day was always made a better day each time I saw him waiting outside the bank in the morning as I enjoyed our chats immensely. He holds a special spot in my heart forever. RIP Mr Pimental.
