Frank, we have fond memories of the several conversations we had with both you and Gail when either of us had the pleasure of transporting you in our taxis over the years. I am so shocked and saddened to read this. Gail was a nurse for Dr. Perinchief when my children were born. Whenever I would see her now, almost 30 years later, she would always ask about them. My heart goes out to her family. RIP Gail.
