Dear Uncle Mel, Philip, Mark and families. I was sorry to hear of Aunt Greta's passing. She was one of my favorite Camp Hope counselors. I loved her sweet voice, rippling laughter and kind ways. Aunt Greta was a model of loving Christianity and she and Uncle Mel were a beautiful couple. I pray that God will comfort all of you! You have my deepest condolences.

I was thinking about Greta this morning and decided to look onto a Bermuda site , I was so saddened to read that she had passed into His presence. Greta was my mentor and acting mother while we lived in Bermuda. Many great meals at their home. Melvin and Greta were the best.

My sincere condolences go to Phil, Mark and the entire Somner Family. I had the honour of meeting Greta in the 70's. She was always warm, kind and savvy and I believe that she treated everyone with the same spirit.
