We regret to announce the passing of IVAN CORNELIUS NELSON, JP, of 2 Rockaway Road, 11 Rockaway Deep, Southampton Parish SB02, in his 96th year. Father of Derek (Nongnuch Manajit), Deborah Nelson-Stovell (Jerome), Dionne Nelson Wade (Gregory), Wayne, and Lester (April Simmons); grandfather of Alaina Nelson, Jordan Stovell, Gordon Nelson, Denzil Nelson, Aaron Nelson, Nicole Nelson, and Marcus Wade; great grandfather to James Nelson and Theo Nelson; son of Joshua and Clarita Nelson (both deceased, of Trinidad); brother to Ora, Nerle (both deceased), Ferdinand (deceased), Winston (deceased) (Yanee Roopsingh) and Lester (Rosanna); Vilma Nelson Stokes (deceased, mother of children); special daughters Paula Nelson and Maria Nelson. Funeral arrangements have been planned for Friday, April 10th, 2026, 1.00pm, at St. Mary's Church, Warwick.AMIS Memorial Chapel & Crematory
