Dear Carolyn & Brothers & Family of a Precious Lady, Aunt Janet
Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your Dear Mom/Grandmother, such a sweet, loving , kind gentle lady she was. I think I have known your family since I was about 5 yrs old, when my Aunt Lucy lived right next door on Shinbone Alley. Your Mom was so caring and had a very lovely spirit . May you hold the wonderful memories of Mom in your hearts forever .
May God continue to bring you comfort and peace.
That great getting up morning is coming, when we will be united with our loved ones on the sea of glass.

I have many wonderful memories of growing up in St. George's being surrounded by warm and loving neighbours; and spending time in Aunt Jan's kitchen in Shinbone Alley was my favourite. She was so kind, wise and loving and always had time for everyone - truly a blessing to the community...and she made the best Turbot stew ever!
