Jasmine, I´d like to think you were the favourite cousin we all love and adore. Your funny jokes and lively personality will be missed. The crazy memories we´ve shared growing up from family trips to family gatherings, let´s not forget the late nights over your house until some hour in the morning having dance competitions or game nights.
The funniest memory was over aunt Diane´s when you let Nai & I ride your new bike on the field even after your mama said not to. I think it was your first bike. You ranged it off the hill then walked it to the field.We got back up the hill and you told on yourself . You told my mama and your mama in a panic , your voice still plays in my head.
"Aunty aunty aunty , I swear they just took the bike when I was playing football"
The family was confused as to what you were talking about until they saw the blurry video , we couldn´t ride and had no business being on a motorbike. Your mama was mad but still laughed at the story.
We all laughed so hard.

I'm so very sorry for your loss of a true Gem. Jas will be missed terribly here at Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa. I already miss the banter we shared often and her calling me 'Auntie" when she wanted something!! The Angels are so very lucky to have Jas. My condolences to all of Jasmin's family. My happiest memory with Jasmin was celebrating in the success of getting her GED. The pride and elation she felt filled the room. She was ready to show the world her talents...and be her best self! I can still hear her voice when I would give her words of encouragement, "Know dat, Somner!" These were her words of surety that she was going to stay on a path of success. What has happened to Jas was absolutely unnecessary and, simply put, horrible! My heart bleeds for her family. She goals and dreams - and most of all, she had purpose. May she rest in eternal peace.

Silita and family: words are simple not adequate enough to express my deepest sorrow about Jas´ passing. I met Jas when her and my son Dylan travelled to Costa Rica with Raleigh. Jasmine was ALWAYS incredibly respectful and possessed impeccable manners and kindness even after the Raleigh activities and trip ended. Silita, Family you are in my thoughts and prayers. May God wrap his arms around you with comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding.
