We regret to announce the death of JOAN JANICE SMITH, loving adobted mother of Jennifer Clarke (Joshua); devoted Bro Dalbert Waldron; husband Clarence Smith; 2 granddaughters Waynisha and Jamika Butterfield; 6 greatgrand children Zone't, Zjah-Vonte', D'Asia, Kailyn, Zjah-Quee' and KyAisa Butterfield; 6 nieces and nephews; 5 great nieces and nephews; 10 great great nieces and nephews; devoted special nieces Laquita Hill (Kevin), Komieko Roberts (Anthony); godson Edgar Waldron; very special care giver Thelma Trott, Sandy Thomas and staff of Cynthia Thomas Rest Home. Host of other family and friends too numerous to mention but not forgotten.Viewing will be at Amis Memorial Chapel Sunday Night March 7, 2021 from 6.00 â€" 7.30 ONLY.Funeral Service will be at AMIS Memorial Chapel Monday March 8, 2021 at 11.00am. Clarence, Delbert and Jennifer. Please accept my sincerest sympathy on the loss of your wife, sister and mother. Neicy was my cousin. Most of the times I visited Bermuda I would see her and we would have nice talks together. So sorry I will not be able to be there,but you are in my thoughts and prayers. Again, my condolences to her immediate and extended family. God be with you all.

I was so sad to hear of the passing of Sis Janice whom I met at F.C.O.G. N.S. in the choir. A beautiful strong alto singer. We shared the same birthday. RIP my friend till we meet again. May God comfort you Jennifer and the rest of the family.
