Dear Riihiluoma Family,
I am sorry to hear of your loss. I remember John clearly over all these years for his bright spirit and kind smile. I met him only a few times, there in Bermuda, for Jim & Jill's wedding when I was about 14 years old, but he and his family are still in my heart. To the Riihiluoma family - my sincere condolences. John was always such a happy guy, I enjoyed our chats when I used to walk the dogs on the golf course.

I was very sad to hear that Mr. Riihiluoma had past away. I worked in the office for many years and always remembered him as a gentleman and he always had a kind word. Our condolences and thoughts are with you all. Theresa Perry and family Longwood Florida.

For my great friend John, who has gone through the trees. A unique person! There are no words in the English language to describe you. Judith and I were grateful for the opportunity to have spent time with John during the past few years and only wish we could have know him longer. Memories of his charm and wit will stay with us.

Dear Gill and all the Riihiluoma family, we are so sad to hear that John Sr. has passed away. His love of life and his family was an example to us all. We always looked forward to visiting the house whenever we came back to Bermuda and invariably seeing John practising his golf shots on the 9th and 10th hole of an evening. He was always a gentleman and had a great sense of humour; one always felt the warmth of his personality. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you particularly on Friday.

On my many visits to Flying Colours it was always a pleasure to see John busy in the shop. He was a true gentleman and an excellent ambassador for Bermuda. I miss him and send my condolences to the whole family.
