Not sure what to say?

June 9, 2017

Dear Jean, We were most saddened to hear of Joe's passing. I really enjoyed when Joe was sailing with us in the racing program. He would sit forward on the port side and stay out of the way. I wasn't sure if he was happy or terrified when the wind got lively. In later times dinner at Bonefish Grill was always fun. We will miss him. Nancy and Bob Lischer

Joe and Ree were our neighbors in Bermuda. They were such fun and always had a crowd of visitors (children wanting to visit with their siblings). It was a treat to see the kids and grands enjoying their stay. Then we ran into a Joe at Mass in Seminole and learned that he had retired to an area close to Bob's mother. It was good to meet Jean and see Joe happy after losing Ree.
We are saddened to learn of his passing, but happy to have known him.

I am saddened by this news. As far as I'm concerned, Joe was a giant in the insurance industry, present at many of the major innovations at AIG. He was always a good honest partner when I had the opportunity to deal with him directly and someone I trusted. I'm sorry for this loss to your family.

To the Wiedemann Family: My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
