To Kevin's family, especially his father:
I was both shocked and saddened to learn of Kevin's passing, particularly because the two of us had chatted in Somerset only recently. As always, he was his usual genial, personable self, inquiring about the welfare of my family. Our relationship was cemented when "World" was part of the Allen Temple A.M.E. Church's young men's team who in 1981 visited Atlanta, Young Life's Windy Gap Camp in North Carolina and Barbados. May he rest in peace and may the family experience God's comfort at this time.
