A Homegoing service for well known Calypsonian LLOYD HERMAN LESTER SIMMONS, loving husband to the late Ann Simmons, devoted son of the late Geraldine Simmons and Arnold Lister, loving father of Carolanne Bassett (late Roderick), Derrick Boyd Smith, Allan Simmons (Antoinette), the late Delwyn Dill Smith and Patty Burgess, brother of Courtney Rawlins, the late Wilbur Lister and Sylvia Johnson, in his 89th year of #9 Winton Hill Lane, Hamilton Parish, will be held at Augustus Funeral Home TODAY, December 9, 2022 at 11.00am.Interment will follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Augustus Funeral Home TODAY, December 9, 2022 from 10.00am to 10.50am. Sorry to hear of the passing of Lloyd. Although we never worked with each other, we would sometimes pass each other from time to time on the hotel circuit. he was a well known figure in the music arena of Bermuda. my condolence to all of his family and friends RIP
