It was only the other day we were playing phone tag on each other´s voicemails. I so wish we had that one last chance to meet up before the unexpected. Your send off was just as beautiful as your soul and I´m sure you absolutely loved it. A father figure to me offering much friendship and guidance throughout life´s trials and tribulations...my DDM producer of my biggest tune...miss you my friend

I can't begin to explain how sorry I am to hear of the passing of a good friend, an amazing musician, and a very creative writer/composer. I will miss our random talks and contemplation of life we shared together. I always felt better after a visit with Michael. He could be brutally honest and at the same time could be very sensitive. I hope Bermuda gets a chance to listen to some of his works as he was one of those unassuming musicians that only a few had the pleasure to work with and realise his extraordinary talent. My thoughts and prayers to Petra and the whole family.

Michael and I started our education at the age of 3 at Humpty Dumpty College, where we were taught by his Mum Peggy. We then moved on to Warwick Academy where we were classmates (Class of 1968) until I went away to boarding school. Michael's musical talent was obvious even then. Although we lost touch in our middle years I was happy that he was able to attend our 50th. class reunion in 2018. I was saddened to read of his untimely death and send sincere sympathy to Petra and Kirsten. May he Rest in Peace (with music surrounding him).

Dear Petra and Kirsten
So sorry to hear about Michael´s passing. He was a fun classmate of Warwick Academy year of 1968. It was great that he attended our 50th Anniversary. He was always happy to stop and chat whenever I saw him.
He was a great musician and was drummer of Kennel Boys when my niece Francesca was the singer, she said he was great to work with.
My thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

To Petra, Kirsten & Family, I'm very saddened on hearing the news of Michaels passing. My deepest condolences goes out to you and your whole family. What a super creative talent Michael was! Not only as a musician but also in his recording studio working as an artist/engineer & producer. His ideas and work ethic were endless. I and many others recorded with Michael through the years and got the absolute best from him. Now as a believer Michael may you rest in peace with the Lord and with all your family and friends.
