I knew Neil too many years ago, when his brother Ian and I used to play on Warwick Academy's field. before we were old enough to go to school I admired him for getting a scolarship to the HMS Conway. I worked with him at Purvis Ltd. and then we worked together at Mid Ocean Traders. A super person to know, a super person to work for and with. Always enjoyed the short chats we had in the last few years. I am sure his family will miss him.

Dear Fiona and Jonathan. I was sad to see that your dad has passed. He was my boss at Mid Ocean Traders, Purvis and then at L.P. Gutteridge. He was such a kind, fair and extremely likeable man and the best boss ever. Both him and your mom were just lovely people. I shall miss our occasional catch-up chats when we ran into one another. My deepest sympathies to you and your family. May your memories of him help you get through this difficult time. He will be missed. SIP NBC.

Neil was among the first Bermudians to put faith in my company's services in the early-90's. He was kind, and I have no doubt Neil's credible word-of-mouth played a role in our early successes. Good people. Rest in Peace . . .
