I had the privilege of working with Nigel at the Inverhuie Hotel and chatted later in life about our faith and relationship with the Lord. I met your dad through the Wilkinson's when you lived in Spring Benny and although we didn't seen each other on a regular basis, when we did, we had to stop and have a little chat. To the family, you all have my deepest sympathy. You know that it's hard to say just a few words, when 60 years of memories flood my mind. I often looked at you all as extended family as we've known each other for so long
Your family and mine, probably the the only children traveling to school from Jones Village to Heron Bay School constantly and so many other memories that we could write a book. But at this time we pause to reflect on the life of your loved one, I do pray that God will strengthen each one of you during this time and beyond. One thing that I can remember is that you have a wonderful support system for one another and I have always admired your family's ultimate support system, our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ, we know that with Him in our vessel we can smile at this storm, as it too shall pass. Nigel, I remember the conversation we had while we were at Butterfield and Vallis, about retirement and whether there would be any funds for our Govt. pension. Well, I will find out next month. Niketa, your Dad was one of the coolest people I will ever know, and a man who loved God and his family.
