I had the pleasure of meeting Noel when he came to Philadelphia to visit my family. He was one of the nicest persons and had such a sweet spirit. I am so sorry I didn´t get to visit him in Bermuda. To his family you have my condolences. A beautiful soul has gone back to God.

Condolences to the family of Mr. Vanputten
Many years ago I had the privilege of spending some time with Mr Vanputten talking about the history of Ocean View and Port Royal golf courses.
He was a accurate and direct person with a wealth of information to share.
I am extremely thankful for the informative time together and in doing so made me that much more knowledgeable.
Yes, Mr Vanputten was a legend. His contribution to golf was memorable.
My sincere sympathies extended to the family. May God grant you all peace and comfort as you reflect on the many memories.
Without a doubt he will be forever missed and remembered.
