PATRICIA JONES

Pat (Patricia M.) Jones, peacefully, and with the Church's last blessings, in ICU at The General Hospital, Ottawa, Canada, Monday, January 25th, after a struggle with Pneumonia, Pulmonary Embolism and Cancer. Deeply mourning their loss, but rejoicing in her gain, Pat leaves her loving and beloved husband of 57 years, Chris; her three loving daughters Christine Jones; Teri Kingston and Harry; Dr. Debbie Barr and Don; grieving grandchildren Danielle and Marc Levesque (both studying overseas); Alex and Matthew Barr (Ottawa), and Sarah Jones (Kingston). Also, her sister Pauline (England), Pauline's children Mike, Sandy, Chris and their children (England); the children of Chris's deceased brothers (England); numerous dear friends in Bermuda; Canada; Florida in Oak Run and in The Villages. Pat will surely work as hard in Heaven on our behalf as she did here among us for remembering her always in our prayerful hearts. The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks for the wonderful and compassionate care given to Pat and her family by the staff at Med Team Clinic, Kanata; the nurses(especially Nurse Debbie) and medical team led by Dr Touchie on Room 5417, Ottawa General, and to Dr Patel and his team in ICU who made this difficult time for us more bearable. A family service was held in Ottawa, Thursday, January 28th at 2.00 p.m.
