Dear Louise,
My sincerest and deepest condolences to you on the loss of Peter.
I had the pleasure of working in the same establishment with him, The Bank of NT Butterfield and while there, he was very instrumental in ensuring the potential growth of his colleagues via the Banks Professional Development Programs. He was an awesome lecturer and no doubt a really good man.

Dear Louise, our deepest condolences to you and the family. I know that it has been a terribly difficult time for you and Peter.
Peter had those fine, gentlemanly qualities of a true Scot and I enjoyed a very special relationship with him. He was a brother at law and a mentor to me at Bank of Butterfield. As counsel to one of Bermuda's major financial institutions, his advice and decisions were invaluable and protected the Bank over many years. I remember him with great fondness. He had a wonderful cleverness and sense of humour (my favourite was the sign on his desk: "Who advises the legal advisor?").
May he rest in peace.
James and Pauline Watlington.

Dear Louise,
I was so sorry to hear about Peter and Timmy and I send our heartfelt condolences to you.
Peter gave me a chance to work in Bermuda many years ago. I worked for Peter at the Bank for 6 years and he was a disciplined thoughtful mentor for me during those important years. I will never forget that Peter went out on a limb for this unknown girl from Australia. Bermuda became my home and Timmy became my husband and we have a wonderful life in Bermuda with a fabulous son. All thanks to Peter.
With thoughts for you at this time Louise.

Dear Louise & Family. My deepest condolences in hearing of the passing of Peter. I had the privilege of initially meeting & knowing Peter upon my arrival at the Bank and he generously took me under his wings in understanding the intricacies of Bermuda law. Peter always took the time to convey many humorous stories and carried with him an infectious smile for everyone. His prowess on the golf course was well known and I had privilege of many fond memories of competitive, humour filled golf games along with our weekly catch-ups at Miles Market. Peter will be sadly missed but never forgotten.
