Neighborhood..... Shelly Bay.... Smith brothers... These guys used to look out for us in the neighborhood. Hanging in the bus stop daily, Philip was part of the furniture so to speak. He was always smiling and he was kind to me. Those where the good ole days... Condolences to his entire family and friends. May he rest in peace...

P was a friend from childhood..One of the kindest guys l grew up with..Never made a fuss,but was always reliable and there when you needed him..This indeed was a shock to me...l have missed seeing him with the BUS SHELTER crew below Crawl Hill but just thought he was his busy self...He will be a great miss...To Hop and Bu,l extend sincere condolences as well as to the rest of his family...God Bless each of you...Rest in peace buddy....
