I send sincere condolence to Tariq, Eugene, Donna, Shanda and the entire Simmons and Kipps family. Rhonda has lived on Cooks Hill in Somerset all her life and we were very saddened to hear of her loss. She worked at the Hamilton Health Clinic whom I have an affiliation with. She was quiet, didn't say too much and so glad I got to see her when she came to the swimming exercise classes held at Daniel's Head.

I am sending my most heartfelt and sincerest condolences....I am so truly saddened by the passing of Rhonda....
She was like the other cornerstones in our family. She bought calm when there was heartbreaks, always had kind words of wisdom no matter the circumstance. She had a subtle but brilliant smile that would warm the coldest heart. She was a very nurturing mother to Tariq. She had a soft but noticeable presence. She had the most beautiful singing voice. Sharion had the opportunity and pleasure of singing withmher in a group consisting of Rhonda, Joanne Tucker, Lonnie Bascome and Kevin Hart at a Sandys Secondary program. She was among a handful of people we've had the pleasure of knowing as family. Rhonda would always give a hug and say "ALL IS WELL".

It still seems like a dream that Rhonda left us so soon. She was my wonderful admin for over 5 years and we had a special bond. She was pert, neat and meek as well as extraordinary. I enjoyed her morning arrival and soft greeting as she stepped into my office, bearing a radiant, wide smile and a warm good morning. Sometimes she even surprised me with a treat that neither of us should have eaten. Shush!
Tariq, Eugene, Shanda, Shelly and Roxie, Tia, Metri, Rhonda just adored you all. She stood for family and always after one of your gatherings gave me the whole run down. She was kind, gentle and hardworking. Keep the mountain of memories tucked away in the special chamber of your hearts now and forever. We all loved her dearly and will miss her physical presence even more. Rhonda our forever friend, sleep in heavanly peace.
