I cannot believe that five years have passed since we heard the devastating and so very sad news that Luke was chosen by God to leave us! I will always remember him as a beautiful soul, who always took the time to share beautiful words with those who crossed his path. Such a special human, whose heart was lit by his wife Natasha and his children. I feel blessed to have been invited to sing at his memorial and will always remember him. I still can't believe you're gone Luke but remember all the years of working together at KeyMed (over 20 years!!) through good times and bad but always with a smile as I remember the good laughs we had and your many funny stories of life.

To have had the pleasure of working under a leader who was not only charismatic and charming but also demanded no less of himself (if not more) than he would expect of others. His humility was equaled only by such greatness and grace. My deepest sympathies to his loved ones. I hope that knowing his legacy lives also in the fondest memories and continuing dreams of an enormous population of people he so positively and deeply impacted provides some comfort and peace.

I went to Duffryn high school with Richard and even back then he was a handsome kind caring and wonderful guy.He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him and will never be forgotten as he will live in our hearts for ever more. R.I.P x

As a leader, Luke was open, honest, and inspirational--but what many loved most about him was that he was a kind and caring man who loved to talk about his family and was always concerned for the well-being of others. He will be deeply missed. Natasha and family, most of us cannot imagine the loss you are feeling right now, but know you are not alone and so many are thinking of you and praying for you. May you be comforted by the love and prayers of all who know what a truly exceptional man we have lost.

I first me Luke in 1992 when he started as a salesman at KeyMed and I was his kit coordinator. He was charming, cheeky and could sell ice to Eskimos with his amazing rich chocolate voice. Armed with those and great professionalism, it was obvious he would go far.
As he progressed up the ladder, he still had time for a chat and was as funny as ever, even doing a fantastic Al Capone impression at the Dorchester one year.
I am deeply sad that we have lost such a lovely man and my thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this time and hope that you can take comfort from knowing so many people cared about him.

Dear Natasha and family....I am so sorry to hear that your darling Luke has passed so suddenly. He was a gift of light not only to you, but to Olympus as well. They say a man's eyes reflect his soul, and for the short time you were married, his eyes could not express the happiness he shared in being with you. And you, my dear Natasha, brought him closer to God and all the blessings of faith and family. I know you know he will always be with you, and know you are also wrapped in my prayers. I only knew you for a few years whilst working for Olympus Keymed UK, but I found you like many others to be an amazing, wonderful, kind and caring man who always had time for you. I was deeply shocked and saddened at Luke's passing. He was a lovely, personable guy. I worked alongside him at Olympus for many years and I remember when he and I were considered for the MDship of Olympus Ireland. My thoughts go out to his family. So sad.
