Grace and Peace to the Burgess Family
In the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ,

It is a time of great celebration as Elder Burgess fell asleep doing what he loved to do! God is so good that Elder Burgess was serving the Church which he loved he was serving and sharing his testimony of Christ.

His first love was Jesus Christ and he often sang and testified about his salvation, Elder Burgess gave his life to Christ and now is on his journey home to joy unspeakable joy! Although it was only for a short sean that I got to know Elder Burgess through Tuesday, night Bible Studies and other lessons it was pleasing that I was apart of his life in worship and praise to our King. My spirit discerns that everything is going to be all right and Elder Burgess is on his journey home knowing that he loved to sing the songs of Zion I’m sure he will get a lot of pratice in the Heavenly Choir. It was good to know and talk to Elder Burgess who was a mighty man of valor in Christ Jesus.
