A wonderful life well lived. An example to follow. A smile to remember. Thank you for making so many people feel special & loved. You always encouraged my life & artwork with a bright smile & timely word. I will miss you. My sincere condolences to all who were your immediate family. They are a reminder of just how special you were & are forever. Our loss is Heaven's gain. On behalf of the Samuels family I send condolences to you Dwyane and Eversley and to the Lewis and Dill families. I knew Di from young as a member of PHC, but I got to experience her fun loving side, her serious side and her aggressive side when on the tennis courts at the Tennis Stadium playing for ABTC during winter league play against the various other tennis clubs. She always supported both the men's and women's teams. She often took the leadership role as captain of the team. She was instrumental in helping the team to be WLTchampions a number of times. I will always remember her greetings with her gleaming smile and a voice of joy and excitement. May she rest in peace and the family be comforted by the many memories she leaves behind.

In Loving Memory of "Nana"
I first met Ms. Lewis many years ago when we both worked in the Accounts Department at Elbow Beach. At first, I wasn´t quite sure how to take her-she could be feisty at times-but we quickly found our rhythm, since I can be a little spicy myself. From then on, we got along just fine.
Ms. Lewis loved everything about tennis: playing it, watching it on TV, traveling to matches, and of course her beloved dog, Tennis. She often spoke about her wish for Dwayne or Eversley to bless her with a grandchild. I once told her, "Well, until then, you can be my Nana," and from that moment forward,
that´s exactly what she became to me.
Nana was a wonderful host, often inviting a few of us to her home on Towne Hill to spend time together. Even after I left the hotel, we kept in touch. She always said how much she enjoyed seeing the photos and videos from my travels. Years later, when Eversley and Marchelle welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Tess, Nana´s joy was beyond measure. She finally had her precious grandbaby, who instantly became her pride, her joy, her world.
A couple of years ago, when Nana celebrated her 80th birthday, I shared a video of old photos from our Elbow Beach days, including one of her and me. Nana thanked me for the reminder of good times and told me I was special to her-a memory that still warms my heart. That was Nana in a nutshell: feisty, but truly a sweetheart. To her family especially Tess, thank you for sharing her with us.
She was an amazing Nana, and she will always be remembered with love.

To Eversley, Dwayne and the rest of the family my sincere condolences on the passing of your Mom. Mickey as she was known to us was a lovely person. She loved tennis. I remember her going to the US Open. Also a PHC supporter. May God continue to bless and strengthen you all during this sad time. He will not leave you nor forsake you. Cherish those beautiful memories you have of her. I will continue to pray for you and the family. Be encouraged.
Love and Blessings.
